Use CourtMate in ChatGPT and Claude
Connect CourtMate to ChatGPT or Claude to ask about your schedule, record and standings in plain language, and to hand off routine tasks such as signing up for an event or entering a score.
League organizers can also review requests, create events and make rounds.

Built to be safe
Only your own permissions
The AI acts only with the permissions of the account you signed in with.
You only see leagues you belong to, and organizer tools only work in leagues you organize.
Confirmation before changes
Before changing anything, the AI tells you what will change and asks you to confirm.
Changes follow the same rules as the app (deadlines, capacity, waitlist, notifications).
Preview, then confirm, for big actions
Creating events, making a round and ending an event show a preview first.
Nothing is saved until you confirm.
What it cannot do
No payments, no deleting leagues or members, and no reading other members' match notes.
Your data
The AI receives only the league records needed to answer you. Names appear under the same rule as in the app (the league's name display setting).
A member who turns on "Hide my name from other people's AI" in their profile is sent to AI apps connected by other people as "Private member" (in that person's app language), not by name.
CourtMate records only who called which tool, when, from which AI app, and whether it worked. It does not keep the content of questions or answers.
What the AI receives is handled under that AI service's policies (OpenAI, Anthropic).
Disconnect
Disconnect at any time on the CourtMate website under Profile > 「연결된 AI」 (Connected AI). Once disconnected, that AI cannot see or change your data until you connect again.
Open Connected AIUsage limits
Each account can make 30 calls per minute and 500 per day (the last 24 hours). Past a limit, wait a while and try again.
